1. General Information

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.2 Registration Process

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ju77. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ju77 is required to conduct identity verification checks in accordance with its licensing obligations. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by ju77 to verify your identity, address, age, or the source of funds used to deposit on the platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ju77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ju77 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify ju77's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. ju77 will investigate all such reports promptly and take appropriate protective action.

Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether by you or any third party who obtains access to your credentials — remains your responsibility. ju77 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately secure your login details.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ju77 accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. All deposits are credited to your PKR account balance. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. ju77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using a payment method belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited and may trigger an account review. ju77 reserves the right to return funds to their original source if a third-party payment is identified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if your KYC documentation has not been completed. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method. Processing times vary by payment method and are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically processed within 1–2 business days of approval.
• USDT: Typically processed within 2–6 hours of approval subject to network conditions.

ju77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Players may be required to provide documentation confirming the source of funds before large withdrawals are approved. This is a standard regulatory requirement and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

4.3 Currency

All player account balances on ju77 are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. ju77 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations that may affect the PKR value of USDT deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is presented.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on ju77 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Certain game categories — including live casino games and some slots — may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ju77 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; exploiting low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent; and any coordinated activity between multiple players to exploit promotional terms. Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.

5.3 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin winnings that are not used within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance. ju77 is not obligated to notify you individually before a bonus expires, though notifications may be sent as a courtesy.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All casino games available on ju77 operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules and that all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical equipment operated by professional dealers.

Sports betting markets on ju77 — including PSL cricket betting, international Test and T20 markets, and other sports — are subject to separate betting rules that govern settlement, void conditions, and in-play restrictions. These rules are available in the sportsbook section of your account.

ju77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as the result of a system error, a data feed failure, or odds that were published incorrectly. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to your PKR account balance. ju77 will not profit from demonstrably erroneous odds and is not obligated to honour bets placed at prices that were clearly incorrect.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ju77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or access game content.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or platform errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a platform error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or live dealer games.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through your ju77 account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ju77 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their knowledge and consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ju77 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the exclusive intellectual property of ju77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ju77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of ju77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ju77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from interruptions in service, software errors, data loss, or delays in payment processing.

ju77's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ju77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by ju77

ju77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawable balance will be held securely and released upon conclusion of the investigation, subject to the outcome.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your ju77 account at any time by contacting the support team and submitting a closure request. Any withdrawable PKR balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ju77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ju77's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For players based in Pakistan, these Terms do not override any applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions under Pakistani law to the extent that such provisions cannot be contractually excluded. However, where Pakistani law and the governing law of the license jurisdiction conflict on matters specific to online gaming regulation, the license jurisdiction law shall prevail.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ju77 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ju77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via their registered contact details. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the ju77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
